While searching Mayan ruins in Guatemala, Archeologists have found mathematical calculations on the walls of a room showing dates into the future beyond the December 21, 2012 date. Therefore, the Mayan Long Count Calendar does not end on December 21, 2012.
Astronomical records were key to the Mayan calendar, which has received attention recently because of doomsday warnings that it predicts the end of the world this December. Experts say the calendar makes no such prediction. The new finding provides a bit of backup: the calculations include a time span longer than 6,000 years, meaning it could extend well beyond 2012.

It seems that lately, numerous people I know, are going through hard times. Whether it’s problems at work, health issues, economic constraints, or dealing with handicaps, in each case, the difficulty they are going through has spurred them to action of one kind of another.
As a result, I wonder if their whole self, their spiritual self, has been trying to get them to enlarge their lives, pursue greater goals, and live healthier lifestyles, and after trying over and over again to get through to the person with gentle hints, longings, and desires to improve their lives, in the end, putting in a difficult situation has motivated them … finally … to action.

As we wait to line up with the Milky Way’s Galactic Center on December 21, 2012, the supermassive black hole at the Galactic Center waits for a dense gas cloud, three times the diameter of the earth, to fall into its center.
Or anyway, the light from this dense gas cloud on the verge of falling into the supermassive black hole at the Galactic Center started beaming toward us 27,000 years ago.
Who knows what’s happening at the Galactic Center right now! It will take 27,000 years to find out.
Nonetheless, it’s fun learning about what WAS happening at the Galactic Center 27,000 years ago in this brief, information-packed article at Nature. By the way, the Galactic Center is in the constellation of Sagittarius and hence is called, Sgr A.

On April 21, 2012, Carol Chapman presented an all-day event, Atlantis and Its Colonies in Egypt and Yucatan, at the Unitarian Hall in Nanaimo, British Columbia, Canada, sponsored by the Nanaimo Metaphysical Network.
At this event, Carol explored the exciting topic of the lost continent of Atlantis. Although Atlantis has yet to be found, Carol believes that evidence of Atlanteans can be found in ruins in Egypt and Yucatan. Carol showed a PowerPoint Presentation in which she showed photographs of paintings in the pharaohs’ tombs and carvings on Mayan ruins that correlate with her past life regression memories of Atlanteans.
Carol also discussed information presented in trance readings by psychic Edgar Cayce for individuals with past lives in Atlantis. These “life readings” reveal the fascinating story of the exodus of survivors from the sinking Atlantis to safety lands in Egypt and Yucatan.

On Thursday, April 19th, 70 people gathered at the Unitarian Fellowship Hall in Nanaimo, British Columbia, Canada, to hear Carol Chapman speak about “Edgar Cayce’s Story of the Fifth Root Race.” The Nanaimo Metaphysical Network sponsored the event.
At the by-donation event, Carol shared information on the history of the soul’s connection with the physical on earth. Multiple individuals (Edgar Cayce, Madame Blavatsky, Rudolf Steiner, the Hopi, Maya, and the Hindus) talk about humans progressing through root races and/or previous worlds. The story of the root races goes beyond reincarnation. During the event, Carol explored this interesting topic and included additional information she received through hypnosis about the root races, for example, why humans suffer, why death is the new thing in our soul’s journey, and what to expect from the fifth root race.

During this all-day event, Carol gave individuals the boost they needed to get going on that book they’ve always meant to write. Carol shared information she has learned on her path to becoming a published author and then becoming a publisher at SunTopaz. The seminar focused on expressing creativity through writing, steps to begin and continuing writing, options for producing and promoting a written work, as well as making an author more publishable.
