On April 21, 2012, Carol Chapman presented an all-day event, Atlantis and Its Colonies in Egypt and Yucatan, at the Unitarian Hall in Nanaimo, British Columbia, Canada, sponsored by the Nanaimo Metaphysical Network.
At this event, Carol explored the exciting topic of the lost continent of Atlantis. Although Atlantis has yet to be found, Carol believes that evidence of Atlanteans can be found in ruins in Egypt and Yucatan. Carol showed a PowerPoint Presentation in which she showed photographs of paintings in the pharaohs’ tombs and carvings on Mayan ruins that correlate with her past life regression memories of Atlanteans.
Carol also discussed information presented in trance readings by psychic Edgar Cayce for individuals with past lives in Atlantis. These “life readings” reveal the fascinating story of the exodus of survivors from the sinking Atlantis to safety lands in Egypt and Yucatan.

On Thursday, April 19th, 70 people gathered at the Unitarian Fellowship Hall in Nanaimo, British Columbia, Canada, to hear Carol Chapman speak about “Edgar Cayce’s Story of the Fifth Root Race.” The Nanaimo Metaphysical Network sponsored the event.
At the by-donation event, Carol shared information on the history of the soul’s connection with the physical on earth. Multiple individuals (Edgar Cayce, Madame Blavatsky, Rudolf Steiner, the Hopi, Maya, and the Hindus) talk about humans progressing through root races and/or previous worlds. The story of the root races goes beyond reincarnation. During the event, Carol explored this interesting topic and included additional information she received through hypnosis about the root races, for example, why humans suffer, why death is the new thing in our soul’s journey, and what to expect from the fifth root race.

I enjoy speaking about the root races, which I will be doing in Nanaimo, British Columbia at the Nanaimo Metaphysical Network on Thursday, April 19th. The speech is called, “Edgar Cayce’s Story of the Fifth Root Race.”
If you’re wondering what the root races are, they are the step-by-step progression from a soul that can freely move around the whole universe to a soul that is bounded by the physical on earth.
According to possibly the best-documented psychic on earth, Edgar Cayce, our souls were not yet bound by the reincarnation cycle during the time we incarnated in Atlantis. We were a “thought people.”

You really need to read the piece in its entirety. Not only is this a hilarious commentary on the “modern” trend to devalue tradition and human values, but also, it’s a great tongue-in-cheek comment on the mania to find Atlantis in many and diverse places. I must admit, reality stings at the thought of commercial development destroying a “miraculous habitation that has eradicated crime, poverty, and disease.” Bravo The Satirical Rogue!

The following quote comes from what appears to be a new WordPress blog site devoted to Atlantis, OnlineAtlantic.com. It refers to a possible location of the lost city of Atlantis as being in Bolivia. Never heard of that one before, but it definitely piques my interest. In the first post I read that:
British Royal Air Force photo interpreter J.M. Allen thinks that Atlantis is in Altiplano, Bolivia, near the Andes Mountains.

According to Atlantis Quest – Uncovering the Secrets that Prove Plato Right, both Native American tribes who live on the West side of the Atlantic Ocean and the Basques who live on the East side of the Atlantic Ocean share the same mitochondrial DNA haplogroup X–giving rise to speculation that they both spring from a common ancestor who lived on a landmass in the Atlantic Ocean, the lost continent of Atlantis.
Interestingly, many Native Americans tribes are often matrilineal (inheritance and descent spring from the female line) and matriarchal (ruled by women).
Could the Native Americans derive their rulership and inheritance traditions from the same place their derived their mitochondrial DNA haplogroup X?

You may have noticed that I have written books on finding evidence of Atlanteans in Egypt and Yucatan. I’ve also made a movie, which is almost ready to be distributed, on Yucatan Travel. Atlantis and Yucatan Travel seem to be separate subjects. Here’s how it came about: It turned out that while I was doing research in Yucatan for the books, I couldn’t find DVDs to show me what to expect while traveling in Yucatan. As a result, I decided to videotape my experiences in Yucatan in the hopes of being helpful to other people who want to know what to expect. That’s how the Yucatan Travel Movie came about.

I often wonder: When we finally find Atlantis, will there be a large sign saying, “Atlantis” so we know we have found the right place? Because, if it’s only a ruin, it could be anything! And, if there is a marquee, will the name be listed in English? (I hope you realize this is all tongue-in-cheek.) Even though I am kidding, the kernel of truth within it is that with every claim that some explorer has found the lost city of Atlantis–and there are so many–I wonder how will the archaeologists prove that this particular ruins is Atlantis?
