Fantastic Testimonial for Arrival of the Gods in Egypt: Hidden Mysteries of Soul and Myth Finally Revealed

I feel so happy to have received this wonderful endorsement of my soon-to-be-available book, Arrival of the Gods in Egypt: Hidden Mysteries of Soul and Myth Finally Revealed. It’s from Day Schwartz, an amazing woman who started the Edgar Cayce Forum in Virginia Beach with her now-deceased husband Joe. She continues as co-moderator of the The Forum with her lovely daughter Lindy van Burik.

The Edgar Cayce Forum features speakers on metaphysical, new age, and body/mind/spirit topics based on Edgar Cayce’s psychic readings . It meets once a month in Virginia Beach. I’ve spoken for them twice.

Here’s her testimonial:

“Unknown for thousands of years, amazing mystical evidence of Atlantis discovered in the pharaohs’ tombs plus mysteries of Mary’s appearances make this page-turner of a book so exciting readers can’t put it down.”

Isn’t that great! Thanks, Day. Love it.

Visit to Edgar Cayce’s A.R.E.

I always love visiting Edgar Cayce’s Association for Research and Enlightenment. Their headquarters is in Virginia Beach. I had the good fortune to see a number of wonderful people there plus return the books I had borrowed from their lending library. I believe their library is the largest metaphysical library in North America. Whether it is or not, they always have so many titles I’m interested in, I find it difficult to restrict myself to their four-book limit.

Downloading Photography from Montreal Area

These have been a couple of busy days. I have been downloading the photography I took during my travel to Montreal and Burlington, Vermont, from my media card onto my computer.

I feel happy to see the lovely photography and am relieved that there are many that will be good for next year’s Edgar Cayce Calendar, the Divine in Nature: with Inspirational Quotes from Edgar Cayce.

The Purpose of Psychic Development

I found the following quote interesting because I believe that Edgar Cayce’s purpose in giving trance readings is one of the reasons he was such a great psychic

Cayce believed he was able to enter psychic/mediumistic trances for a reason; he could help people with them. Thus we have Cayce deciding in the early 1920’s that not only did he only want to use his gifts in this way but that his readings only really worked when his intentions were strictly benevolent.

Do you think the “sleeping prophet of Virginia Beach” would have been such a successful medical intuitive if he had had a different purpose, for example, to show people how wonderful he was with his psychic abilities?

2012: Edgar Cayce Says We Influence the Sun

On June 23rd, I wrote the following :

In reference to Jose Arguelles’ 3rd Prophecy: He said that the sun will produce more radiation due to an increase in vibration, one of the causes of the earth heating up.

Interestingly, Edgar Cayce says that humanity affects the sun’s radiation. In reading 5757-1 he says:

“For as ye do it unto the least, ye do it unto Thy maker–even as to the sun which reflects those turmoils that arise with thee; even as the earthquake, even as the wars and hates, even as the influences in thy life day by day.

“Then what are the sunspots? A natural consequence of that turmoil which the sons of God in the earth reflect upon same.” (Edgar Cayce Reading 5757-1)

Therefore, could it be that the sun’s predicted increase in radiation could be a result of our actions? What do you think?

Compliments for Edgar Cayce Calendar

Yesterday I felt happy to receive an encouraging email from a woman who wrote to tell me how much she liked the Edgar Cayce wall calendar I designed. It’s called, Divine in Nature: With Quotes from Edgar Cayce 2008 Calendar. She wrote:

“I’ve been meaning to write to you to tell you how much we’re enjoying your photos. They are luminous and uplifting pictures. Thanks for your work!” – Kathie, Bradford, Ontario, Canada

If you’d like to see the photographs, they are also available as free downloads that can be used as computer wallpaper. They have the uplifting quotes from Edgar Cayce’s psychic readings embedded in the pictures.

Just Do It!

Today, in my Edgar Cayce Search for God Study Group meeting, we discussed a passage that comes from the New Testament in which we are told that is it our job to sow the seeds knowing that some will fall on poor soil and will not thrive, some will fall among brambles and get choked out, and some will fall by the wayside and will not germinate. However, we are assured that some will fall on fertile soil and produce fantastic results. We are reminded that God gives the increase, not us.

I find this very helpful when I need to undertake new projects and when I meet with new groups. I wonder, will my ideas be helpful and appreciated? Will my ideas be welcomed? Will people accept me? Will my suggestions be of benefit to others? Well, the above passsage tells me not to concern myself with the outcome. The results are with Creative Forces. Just do it!

2009 Edgar Cayce Calendars Ready

Today, I got a look at the new 2009 Edgar Cayce Calendar, “Divine in Nature” with Inspirational Quotes by the “Sleeping Prophet.”

They are gorgeous!

This year, they’re also better with 125 percent more quotes–two per month, sometimes three–and larger date spaces so there’s more room for writing memos.

The photos are even more outstanding than last year’s!

Edgar Cayce Reading on Atlanteans in Yucatan

Here’s an interesting reading, number 823-1, in which Cayce’s trance source says that:

“With the periods arising when there was the last of the destructions (for the entity sojourned in the Poseidian land, and about that temple there, in the spirit influences of the material activities, for some six thousand years — if counted as time now), the entity journeyed with those people for the Yucatan land, or the establishing of the temple there in which the entity aided.” (823-1)

OK, what is Cayce saying here? That an entity resided in a place in Atlantis called Poseidia for six thousand years? Six thousand years! The entity was alive for six thousand years!  But, it appears the entity was a spirit influencing material activities. OK, that can make sense. The reason the entity can live for six thousand years in a certain place is because the entity was in spirit form, not material form. And, it means that as recent as the last destructions, entities existed in spiritual form influencing the material.

But then, what’s this? “The entity journeyed with those people for the Yucatan land . . .” So, even though the entity was a spirit, it journeyed with others? It journeyed in spirit form? Does that mean that the Atlanteans who came to Yucatan around the last destruction of Atlantis, came in spirit not material form? What do you think?
