I also received an email about the Ark of the Covenant from a man in British Columbia who is not on my newsletter list but was referred to me from someone who is. I wrote to him and asked him if I could use his name when I shared his email but I did not receive a “yes” or “no.” Nonetheless, I want to share his email since it is quite interesting, informative and intriguing. He writes:
“As I’ve propounded in my presentations, the Ark is a technology. Because of its geometry and material composition it absorbs and the releases etheric energies as does any capacitor. When one surmounts the mercy seat, and sits atop the device they are bathed in an etheric energy field which boosts their Psi abilities, clairvoyance, communication (Channeling), telekinesis, and so forth. Because of this, the Ark technology has been coveted and employed by many cultures. I’ve seen depictions of an Ark device in both the Babylonian/Sumerian cultures, the Egyptian, and of course the Hebrew. It would not surprise me in the least that the Ethiopians would also have an Ark(s), having been connected to both the Egyptian and the Hebrew cultures. With a little acacia wood and gold leaf I could fashion one myself. So suffice to say that were many Arks built through the years. I still bet that the original Jewish Ark is in the cave over looking Tiberius on the Sea of Galilee.
“Interestingly, when I first went scrying for the Ark, I also ran in to a Phoenician energy overlay. This would make sense for Phoenicia was also an ancient culture sandwiched between Egypt, Israel, and ancient Sumer. In the end, they all have common origins, cultural artifacts, and technologies. I would attest that this particular “Ark~Mercy Seat” artifact, (of which I feel all modern thrones claim a watered down recollection/inspiration too), came from, and is one of the salvaged sciences from the Atlantean times. You don’t need special crystals with this device (although they might enhance its effects if you knew how and where to place them), all you need is wood, gold, and a knowledge of spherical geometry.”
Thank you for sending these fascinating insights! The Ark of the Covenant is always an intriguing topic. I love the Atlantis connection.

Here’s another information-filled email on the Ark of the Covenant in the Bible from a reader:
“Interesting. As you probably already know, in 2 Maccabees (2:4-8) the writer tells that just prior to the Babylonian invasion, Jeremiah, “following a divine revelation, ordered that the tabernacle and the ark should accompany him and…he went off to the mountain which Moses climbed to see God’s inheritance (possibly Mt. Nebo; cf. Deuteronomy 31:1-4). When Jeremiah arrived there, he found a room in a cave in which he put the tent, the ark, and the altar of incense; then he blocked up the entrance” (2:4-5).
“The story doesn’t stop there: “Some of those who followed him came up intending to mark the path, but they could not find it. When Jeremiah heard of this, he reproved them: ‘The place is to remain unknown until God gathers his people together again and shows them mercy. Then the Lord will disclose these things, and the glory of the Lord will be seen in the cloud, just as it appeared in the time of Moses and when Solomon prayed that the Temple might be gloriously sanctified'” (2:6-8).
“So there is this tradition that Jeremiah moved the Ark to Mt Nebo and according to 2 Maccabees will remain hidden until the Last Day. Another possibility believed by some scholars is that the Ark is in a tunnel between the Temple Mount and the Dead Sea area of Qumran.
“Let’s get our hiking boots on and go exploring!!”
Thank you. I appreciate knowing what the Bible says about the Ark of the Covenant.

Here is an email letter about the Ark of the Covenant sent to me by Joan Clarke who has become a friend through the internet. She is also the author of a lovely and intriguing book, Twin Soul Separation.
Joan writes:
“I saw a special on History Channel about the Ark of the Covenant being in Ethiopia and it was fascinating.
“Edgar Cayce indicated that the Ark of the Covenant no longer has the sacred power, as when Jesus died on the cross and the veil was rent in two everything changed and a new covenant began.
“The Holy of Holies is now within us not without.
“Some Cayce experts say that the Ark was destroyed.( John Van Auken)
“I don’t think it was destroyed and I’d love to see it, as it must still have an anointed essence.
“Here are a couple of readings from Cayce about the Ark:
“‘Why,- why has there been so little considered of how, with the return, there was so little thought expressed as to where was the ark of the covenant, that was to remain ever in the Holy of Holies?
It had NOT been destroyed, nor removed, until the Prince of Peace came, wherein there was the declaration that ‘neither in the city nor in this mountain, but in the hearts of men’ will there be the meeting in the Holy of Holies.’
Edgar Cayce Reading 1000-14
“‘Do stay close to the ark of the covenant which is within thee; knowing the Father, the Son and the Holy Ghost, must move within and through thee if ye would bring thyself closer to the fullness of thy purposes in the earth.’
Edgar Cayce Reading 5157-1
“Many of us have past life memories of the Ark which is why it is so important to us.”
Joan Clarke
Thank you, Joan, for sharing this information with us.
Blessings,

In reference to my post yesterday, about the two young raccoons that turned up in our yard yesterday evening: Today, I had a chance to review the photographs John, my husband, and I took of the youngsters.
They are gorgeous! Maybe I will include a photograph of the raccoons in next year’s Edgar Cayce Calendar.

We had young raccoons in the yard this evening. They were huddled under the table on the deck, definitely uneasy around us. John had a camera and I had the camcorder. We could within 10 feet of them. They made little mewing and soft chattering sounds at times.
I didn’t know what to do with them. Fortunately I found an interesting and informative web site on baby raccoons. From it I learned to leave the little ones alone because baby raccoons are up and awake in the daytime and often explore close to their den/nest while their mother is sleeping during the day. The web site said to leave the youngsters alone. It also said that there is a time when the mother moves the babies from one den to another. Since she can only move one at a time, people sometimes find a couple of young raccoons and wrongly believe them have been abandoned by their mother or that the mother has been killed.
Not so, according to Dory and the Orphans at http://www.doryandtheorphans.com The mother will come back to them. Even if the mother has perished, other mother raccoons often adopt orphaned youngster. The information on the web site says not to feed them, so I did not.
The web site also says that to move young raccoons away from their mother at too early an age will lead to their death. They cannot survive until they are almost adults. Since it is July now and babies are normally born in the spring, these youngsters are definitely not old enough to be separated from their mother.
I’ll see if they’re still there in the morning. Hopefully, their mother has taken care of them. Otherwise, the web site has a network of raccoon rescuers.
Seeing these lovely little wild ones, has filled me with hope and gratitude.

One reader wrote wondering if the Ark of the Covenant actually exists.
Catherine MacDonald, of Edgar Cayce Canada, also wrote to say that:
“This is very interesting. I had a fellow working for me about 15 years ago, he was from Ethiopia. He told me that the ark was on an island in Ethiopia, guarded by priests and he was very serious and matter-of-fact about it. He was surprised that we, in the western world didn’t know this. So here it is. Very interesting indeed. ”

Peggy Day, my friend and companion on my Egypt trip described in my book Arrival of the Gods in Egypt, wrote to say that:
” . . . another article posted on WND on Friday said that the church of Ethiopia has “backed off” of their claim that the ark’s unveiling is imminent.
“In David Morehouse’s biography, Psychic Warrior, he tells about being given remote viewing coordinates (during his rv training with the US government) that surprisingly took him to an underground cave where the Ark was located – and he could look at it! If I remember correctly, he said it was NOT in Ethiopia – though I could be wrong about that.
“Just thought I’d throw these additional tidbits into your information pot. The Ark of the Covenant is one of my great interests!”
Peggy is also the publisher of my first book, The Golden Ones, and the co-author of Psychic Children: A Sign of Our Expanding Awareness. I do not believe she is related to Michael Day who originally sent me the information about the Ark of the Covenant’s Ethiopian unveiling a couple of days ago.
Here’s an excerpt from the article on the Ark of the Covenant that Peggy refers to:
There was considerable confusion a few days ago when a leader in the Ethiopian Orthodox Church first apparently told an Italian news site there would be an announcement involving the possible public display of the Ark of the Covenant – the box holding the Ten Commandments – and then the prescribed time passed with no word.
However, there was no equivocation today in an e-mail received by WND from the church’s webmaster in response to an inquiry about the truth of the matter.
“It is not going to happen so the world has to live with curiosity,” the statement, signed only “Webmaster” in response to the WND inquiry to the church’s e-mail address, said.
The webmaster statement described the tempest as being caused either because of a translation mistake or “a slip [of the] tongue from the patriarch.”
To Ark hunters: Live with curiosity!

I visited Edgar Cayce’s A.R.E. in Virginia Beach today. They have a wonderful metaphysical library where I find many books I use for research when writing my books, especially unusual topics such as Atlantis and twin souls.

Among a number of replies to yesterday’s post, which also went out as a newletter to numerous people, Martin Anderson wrote the following intriguing message:
“Yes, there were a number of The ARKS OF THE COVENANT IN THE MIDDLE EAST. THEY HAD COME FROM ATLANTEAN technology that was passed on to the Egpytian mystery schools. Some were built as light therapy healing machines, and other Arks were generators and communication devices between flying saucers and temples priest and
technicians. And by tuning up the power of certain designed ARKS you also had some most powerful LASERS and power beaming instruments which can start earthquakes and destructive energy of modern HARP TYPE LASERS (LAZERS). The Ark of the Covenant was designed to do multiple functions? The is what made it extra valuable
to the Egpytians as to the Hebrews. It is said by the time of Jesua, the Jewish preisthood had forgotten how to use the ARK for power. but Jesua intuitively knew how to use the ARK, AND activated it while on the cross to manifesfest a vortex vibration from it, and cause an earthquake with it, while while on the Cross to make a demonstration.”
Thank you, Martin.
