Here’s the “deer in headlights” plus UFO photo mentioned in my previous post. It was captured with a motion-detect remote digital camera.
The story is at Field and Stream.

Here’s a link to a nighttime photograph showing not only a deer, whose eyes truly are “a deer caught in headlights” because the flash of the hunter’s remote motion-activated camera caused the deer’s eyes to glow in the light of the flash.
However, behind and to the left of the deer is a unidentified flying object (UFO) that turned up in the hunter’s photos for two hours. Check it out at this online Field and Stream site.

In my last post, I quoted Edgar Cayce on not really being dead. Today, I have an inspirational quote from Albert Einstein on being as good as dead!
“The fairest thing we can experience is the mysterious. It is the fundamental emotion which stands at the cradle of true art and true science. He who knows it not and can no longer wonder, no longer feel amazement, is as good as dead, a stuffed-out candle.”
Today I need some inspiration since I just lost some important video footage. I feel wretched. I guess I need to find something to feel amazed about.

I love this one:
“Hold fast to that faith as ye learned in nature . . . that though yet may be dead in appearance ye are alive if there is the spirit of truth . . .”
(Edgar Cayce Reading 2559-1)
He’s referring to a tree in winter. It appears to be dead but is not and it will flower and leaf out again. Love it.

Well, I regret that I did not make it to the Edgar Cayce Forum‘s wonderful event on Feng Shui, a topic dear to my heart, last night.
However, I did have a fantastic, productive afternoon and evening with Lemuria expert Una Marcotte, who is writing the book From Creation to Lemuria.
I enjoyed seeing a dear friend and business colleague.

I’ve mentioned Santorini, a Greek island, before. It is thought by some to be the location of the lost city of Atlantis. Here’s a great photo of the Santorini Harbor from the cliffs above.
The photo is by Dr. Hubert Dellinger from his article, Reader Travelogue: Strands of history intertwine on tour of Mediterranean islands, that appeared in the online newspaper, the Commercial Appeal from Memphis, Tennessee.

Today, during our Edgar Cayce Search for God Study Group meeting, we discussed the previous week’s discipline: What we think continuously we become.
When it came time for me to share my experiences I said that I ponder this concept all the time because, to create a book or movie, I need to continuously see my creative project completed and to think of myself as a writer and filmmaker, not a wannabe.
While working on the Yucatan Travel Movie, since it was my first movie, I had to continuously think that I could make a movie in spite of my physical reality which was that I had yet to finish the movie and yet had so much to learn about the software, editing process and creation of the audio portion of the movie.
I needed to continually see the movie finished and to feel how good I felt about it and that the movie was helpful to many people.
