I am so happy because I figured out how to make the maps for the Yucatan Travel Movie. These are the maps that show us traveling from Cancun to Chichen Itza, Izamal, Valladolid, Ek Balam, Coba, Playa del Carmen, Cozumel, Tulum, and Akumal, Mexico.
Miriam Balsley, who is the narrator for the Yucatan Travel Movie has just arrived. Now I have to get the movie ready for her! We will start work next week.
Today I had the great good fortune of talking with Nancy Burrows on the telephone. I feel happy because she gave me permission to use songs from her delightful CD, On a River of Crystal Light, as background music in the Yucatan Travel Movie.
Although it’s been nine months since we returned from our last trip to the Yucatan, I just came across some photographs I have yet to download and back up. So, I have been busy tonight. And, I have still more to do.
Again, I am happy to be working on music for the Yucatan Travel Movie. Today, I “ripped” music from two CDs by Elliot Chiprut. The titles of the CDs are: Music from My Heart and Amazing Grace. Elliot plays his own compositions on the piano. The selections range from a jazzy feel to leaping around with joy to bluesy tunes, all with a classical flavor. I feel grateful that Elliot has given me permission to use his music in the movie.
