Today I’m preparing for my “Have Your Heart’s Desire” speaking events in Greenville and Charleston, South Carolina.

Are Eagles considered messengers of the gods, because they fly so high?

I assume that eagles are considered the messengers of the gods, because they fly so amazingly high. In fact, I have seen them flying so high that they were partially obscured by wispy clouds and no bigger than the period at the end of this sentence. In fact, when I saw them fly so high, I wondered if perhaps they had disappeared, they looked so tiny. But then, they flew to a lower altitude and I could see they had merely flown so high I could hardly see them. According to this Wiki answers article:

Bald Eagles are commonly reported by hang glider pilots in the Owens valley along the California/Nevada border to fly far above 15,000 feet. They will circle with hang gliders, sometimes flying only 10′ off their wingtip. They will share the same rising thermal for many thousands of feet before the hang glider pilot or the Eagle leaves the thermal and flies on.

I’ll also be speaking in Greenville, South Carolina. That will be on Saturday, January 26th. It will be at their local Unity Church, but I don’t have the details yet. I’ll keep you posted. It will be the same topic as the Charleston, SC/January 27th event–Have Your Heart’s Desire.

Carol Chapman speaks on Atlantis in Toronto

I’m going to be speaking in Toronto, Canada, next Saturday, June 2^nd, 2012. It will be an all-day event lasting from 10:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Following, please find an outline of the event:

Atlantis and Its Colonies in Egypt and Yucatan

Atlantis and Its Colonies in Egypt and Yucatan is a day-long event organized into four sessions. Throughout, I will be showing a Powerpoint Presentation that includes photographs of my research in Egypt and Yucatan.

1^st Morning Session: The Location of Atlantis. In this session, we will look at:

• The many places that are supposed to be Atlantis
• Edgar Cayce’s psychic readings on the location of Atlantis
• The world during Atlantean times according to Cayce

2^nd Morning Session: The Strange People of Atlantis. This session includes three main topics:

• Overview of the types of entities, since Atlanteans were not all human beings
• A timeline, showing the progression of the types of entities over time
• Images of the different kinds of Atlanteans painted on the pharaohs’ tombs

1^st Afternoon Session: The Atlantean Migration to Egypt and Yucatan. In this session, we will examine the following themes:

• Why the Atlanteans migrated
• The Atlantean modes of transporation
• Images of Atlantean transportation in Egypt (the pharaohs’ tombs) and Yucatan (carvings in Mayan ruins)

 2^nd Afternoon Session: The Search for Evidence of Atlantis includes three areas that Edgar Cayce’s psychic readings identified as locations where the Atlanteans left records of their civilization and information on their power source, the mighty crystal:

• The Bimini Islands off the East Coast of Florida
• Egypt, by the Great Sphinx
• Yucatan—controversy over two possible locations

 At the end of each session, there will be time for a question/answer period.

Following, please find a description of my recent event, Everyone Has a Book in Them, in Nanaimo, British Columbia, Canada, on April 14th, sponsored by the Nanaimo Metaphysical Network. The description is followed by comments from participants:

Everyone Has a Book in Them
During this all-day event, Carol gave individuals the boost they needed to get going on that book they’ve always meant to write. Carol shared information she has learned on her path to becoming a published author and then becoming a publisher at SunTopaz. The seminar focused on expressing creativity through writing, steps to begin and continuing writing, options for producing and promoting a written work, as well as making an author more publishable.
