Tulum is such a gorgeous archeological zone. The aqua waters of the Caribbean glisten with sunlight at the foot of El Castillo. I felt mesmerized with the dynamic video footage as I started the editing process today on this wonderful Yucatan location in the Yucatan Travel Movie.

Well, this time I really have completed the section of the Yucatan Travel Video on Cozumel Island. I put the finishing touches on the car ferry ride back to the mainland, again, enjoying the wonderful guitar music and singing of Tom Petrachenko rendering his own composition, All These Ghosts. As for the video footage of this part of the video, I especially love the little chihuahua dressed in a pink gingham dress who took that ferry ride with us.

One of the hardest parts of creating the Yucatan Travel Movie has been finding good background music that is has rights available to me. All the popular music that is readily available in stores in copyrighted.

She is also a composer. The piece is for organ and oboe. It is also great when played on the piano and oboe. It has a moody Spanish-sounding tango in it. Ole!

Besides being one of the most sacred places for the ancient Maya, Isla Cozumel is a great destination for snorkellers and deep sea divers. When we were there a year ago, people were snorkelling beside an outdoor seaside restaurant, images of which will be in the Yucatan Travel Movie.

I am looking forward to my upcoming work editing the section on Isla Cozumel in the Yucatan Travel Movie. It was the most sacred spot of the ancient Maya. All Maya women had to make a pilgrimage to Cozumel at least once in their lives to pray for their own fertility and the fertility of their crops.
