Going by the distribution of people with ABO blood types, it appears that the indigenous peoples of the Americas–North, South, and Central–could not be descended from Asian people who crossed the Bering Land Bridge during the Ice Age. Indigenous Americans are universally Blood Type O and Asians are for the most part Blood Type B, with very few Os. However, a new blood typing method first discovered in 1955 corroborates the Bering Land Bridge hypothesis. The ABO Blood typing system was discovered in 1900 and 1901, and relates to many other primates as well as humans.
As first glance, the distribution of people throughout the world by ABO Blood type did not seem to support a Bering Land Bridge influx of Blood Type O people, and therefore, could have meant that native Americans originally came from a now sunken lost continent in the middle of the Pacific Ocean, which some believe was called Mu or Lemuria.
A new blood typing system is called Diego “comprises 21 rare blood factors,” according to a Wikipedia article entitled, Diego Antigen System., and it supports the Bering Land Bridge theory:
Diego antigens are only found (or in some cases, only not found) in populations of Aboriginal Americans (in both North and South America) and the Mongolic peoples of East, Southeast, North-Central and Northeast Asia. Incidence of the factors is not diminished in ethnically mixed populations. Indeed, the first two Diego factors were found in people of mixed European and Aboriginal American ancestry.

The world maps of ABO Blood Type distribution in the world on the Contactee Blood Types Study by ICAR website shows the incidence of the A, B, and O blood types in indigenous populations.
For example, do you know that the indigenous peoples of Central and South America are entirely Blood Type O? But there are hardly any Type Os in Eastern Asia. Therefore, it does not seem logical than the people of Central and South America could be descended from the those of Eastern Asia who crossed the Bering land bridge during the Ice Ages. Could this mean that, as some mystics and psychics proclaim, that First Nations people on the west coast of North America actually come from Lemuria?

Jo Wittaker, Sydney University geophysicist says that the fossils of creatures in the sunken parts of Gondwana found off the coast of Australia show that the land was once part of the megacontinent and were not created by undersea volcanic activity. She called it
an exciting discovery which would hopefully shed light on how Gondwana broke into present-day Australia, Antarctica and India between 80 and 130 million years ago.
~ Parts of Gondwana megacontinent found off Australia
Since Australia is considered a remnant of the lost continent of Lemuria Mu, the discovery of these sunken parts of Gondwana could be undersea remnants of Lemuria Mu.

It was once a megacontinent. It encompassed present-day Australia, Antarctica, and India. We call it Gondwana.
Parts of the submerged portions of Gondwana were found a month ago off the cost of Australia. Rocks on the underwater “islands” show fossils that once existed in shallow coastal waters, not in their present location, 2,000 meters or 6,600 feet–more than a mile–below the ocean floor . These submerged islands had likely once been above water.
Were they once part of the lost continent of Lemuria?

It’s been another day of writing descriptions of seminar topics. Today, one of the topics I wrote about is called, The Advent of the Fifth Root Race. The “root races” are an extremely “far out” topic associated with the types of people that populated Lemuria and Atlantis. The Austrian occultist Rudolph Steiner and the Ukrainian mystic Madame Helena Petrovna Blavatsky also wrote about them. My main source for information on the root races are the psychic readings of Edgar Cayce. As far out as this topic is, there are many people who are intrigued by it. I will be discussing the root races, and specifically the advent of the fifth root race, on Thursday, April 18th, in the evening, in Nanaimo, British Columbia, Canada.

I had been especially interested in Hawaii and Lemuria, because I wanted to visit Hawaii. However, when I read reports on the high nuclear radiation levels there, due to the recent Japan tsunami and the resulting huge radiation leak, I decided to go elsewhere.
I feel sad, because I really wanted to videotape footage of the volcano and lava. Some other time.

According to the Unexplained Stuff website’s article Lemuria and Mu, Brasseur traveled to Spain where he deciphered an ancient Mayan manuscript using a guide to Mayan hieroglyphics. He found the guide in a Madrid library. Based on his translation of the ancient Mayan manuscript, Brasseur said the land that had fallen into the ocean was called Mu.
