Tomorrow, I hope to meet Nancy Burrows who contributed so much of the music used in the Yucatan Travel Movie. Her songs are available on her CD On a River of Crystal Light.

Seasons Greetings on the Solstice

The Winter Solstice – it’s the shortest day of the year for those of us in the Northern Hemisphere – longest day for those in the Southern Hemisphere.

A day like today makes me think of the enormous natural systems around us. I feel happy to be a part of the “Harmony of the Spheres.”

Second Draft Completed

The second draft of the Yucatan Travel Movie is complete. Now, I have to cut it down from two hours to something closer to an hour. That will be hard to do because there are so many great scenes.

Maps Inserted in Yucatan Travel Movie

I am so happy because I figured out how to make the maps for the Yucatan Travel Movie. These are the maps that show us traveling from Cancun to Chichen Itza, Izamal, Valladolid, Ek Balam, Coba, Playa del Carmen, Cozumel, Tulum, and Akumal, Mexico.

Wonderful Music from Bill Head

I am happy to have received a wonderful musical piece from Bill Head that I believe will work beautifully in the Yucatan Travel Movie.

Miriam Balsley, who is the narrator for the Yucatan Travel Movie has just arrived. Now I have to get the movie ready for her! We will start work next week.
