Why Study Your Dreams – The Man of My Dreams

Why Study Your Dreams? You’d be amazed at what your dreams can tell you.

The Man of My Dreams

For me, my dreams brought me, “The Man of My Dreams.” That’s right. I dreamt about a handsome stranger, saw him the next day in waking life, and now we’ve been married for 22 years. I’m literally married to “The Man of My Dreams.”

So that’s the answer to the question: Why study your dreams? Because you don’t know what your dreams are telling you if you don’t study them. First, you have to remember them.

Larry Page’s Dream

In fact, you can become aware of all kinds of things that wouldn’t even occur to you in waking life. For example, take Larry Page’s dream. He discovered a way of ranking internet pages that led to Google from his dream.

In this video, I’ll show you that important first step in the study of your dreams. The link below will take you to my homepage where you’ll find a link  for a free download of my Creative Dream Interpretation checklist.

The Whole “Man of My Dreams” Story

If you’re interested in the whole story of “The Man of My Dreams,” you might enjoy my book When We Were Gods. The dream started a series of circumstances, because after we married, I became pregnant, miscarried, and started gaining weight at a phenomenal rate. I went to a hypnotherapist to lose weight. When she put me in deep hypnosis, I not only connected with previous lifetimes that contributed to problems with overweight, but also brought me to my experiences in the fabulous world of Atlantis. Then, I went to Yucatan where I found images of my experiences in Atlantis in the Mayan ruins. It all started with the dream!

Hi Carol,

I have a strong interest in dreams and I just saw your u-tube review of, “Something the Lord Made.”

I have a question about Dr. Vivien Thomas’s dream. Is the dream in his autobiography, “Partners of the Heart;”?

You mentioned it was in the movie, but before I buy his book, I was just wondering if his dream incident was in his book?

I enjoyed your talk. I hope to catch more of your talks on dreams.

    Hi Gail,
Thanks for writing. I feel happy to know that you enjoyed and benefited from my video on Dr. Vivien Thomas.
Yes, Vivien Thomas’ story is a great one! However, I feel happy that you wrote to me first before buying the book. That’s because I didn’t find the dream in “Partners of the Heart.” In fact, I was quite disappointed not to find it there. I wanted to hear it in Dr. Thomas’ words. However, I couldn’t find it. There’s a chance I missed it. Nonetheless, I went over parts of the book quite carefully, just looking for the dream.
In fact, the book is more of a medical treatise. It includes illustrations of operations. It talks about instruments used in the operations with sketches of the instruments. But, like I said, I didn’t find the dream. I did find some background information, for example, that when he found out that all the money he’d saved for medical school was gone, he felt so angry that he didn’t go to work but spent the whole day walking.
Have you seen the movies? I enjoyed both Partners of the Heart (the documentary) and HBO’s Something the Lord Made.
I think I found some information on the dream online, but right now, I can’t find it, otherwise, I’d send you the link.
    Thanks again for writing.
    Sincerely,
    Carol
